Secure Cam는 일반용 웹캠을 이용 보안용 카메라도 사용할 수 있는 프로그램입니다.

프로그램은 일반 웹캠으로 움직이 감지되면 녹화를 하거나 여러가지 셋팅으로 사용자가 선택한 옵션으로 녹화가 가능한 프로그램입니다.
